1. Shipping Destinations

We currently provide shipping services exclusively within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

  • Note: Additional transit time and fees may apply to shipments outside the contiguous 48 states.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Costs are calculated based on the weight of the parts and the delivery location.

3. Order Processing (Handling Time)

  • Cut-off Time: All orders placed before 2:00 PM (EST – Eastern Standard Time) will begin processing the same day.

  • Handling Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the following business day.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is handed over to the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS), you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

5. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. VMP Spares is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.

6. Missing or Damaged Shipments

  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the product and contact us at info@vmpspares.com within 48 hours.

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office before contacting our support team.
