Shipping & Returns Policy (Global, USA & Turkey)

1. Global Shipping We export construction equipment spare parts to over 90 countries worldwide, with a primary focus on Turkey and the United States. We collaborate with trusted international carriers such as DHL and FedEx to ensure your parts arrive safely.

2. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Handling Time: 1 – 2 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT +3).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Transit Times Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Estimated Transit Time (USA): 3 – 7 business days.
  • Estimated Transit Time (Turkey): 1 – 3 business days.
  • International (Other): 3 – 10 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes For international shipments (including orders to the USA), import taxes, customs duties, and fees may be applied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. VMP Spares has no control over these government-mandated fees.

5. Return & Exchange Policy We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • Conditions: Items must be unused, uninstalled, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Damage in Transit: If the box is visibly damaged, you must file a report with the delivery personnel immediately. Please take photos and contact us at info@vmpspares.com within 48 hours.
  • Our Error: If we sent the incorrect or defective part, VMP Spares will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to customer preference (e.g., ordered wrong part, changed mind), the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs to our warehouse in Istanbul, Turkey.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

8. Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved Refunds: Will be processed automatically to your original payment method (Visa or Mastercard).
  • Timeline: Refunds typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
