Shipping & Returns
At VMP Mühendislik ve İnşaat Makinaları San. Tic. Ltd. Şti., we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and reliably as possible. Below are the details of our shipping operations within the United States.
1. Shipping Territory
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. (Note: If you ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses (APO/FPO), please specify here.)
2. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: FREE Shipping.

Expedited Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.
3. Handling & Transit Time

Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (EST – Eastern Standard Time).

Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday).

Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days via standard carriers (UPS, FedEx, or USPS).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Delivery Issues & Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@vmpspares.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
Returns & Refund Policy (İade ve Geri Ödeme Politikası)
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from VMP Spares. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for most items.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging with all labels and manuals included.
3. Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team at info@vmpspares.com. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

Please do not send items back without an RMA number.
4. Return Shipping Fees

If the product is defective or incorrect: VMP Spares will provide a pre-paid shipping label at no cost to you.

For “Change of Mind” or “Wrong Part Ordered”: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
6. Restocking Fee
(Optional but common in US auto/spare parts): * A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not due to our error.
Payment:
Our payment system exclusively accepts Visa or Mastercard.
Shipment:
Your order will be dispatched either on the same day or at the latest, one day after we receive the payment.
We collaborate with DHL or FedEx for our shipments. Upon dispatch, we will provide you with a tracking number, enabling you to monitor your order’s journey through our website.
In the event of receiving your order in a damaged box, it is imperative to file a report with the delivery personnel. Without this report, regrettably, we are unable to address the issue.
