At VMP Spares, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Change of mind: We do not accept return requests based on change of mind. Please review part compatibility and your purchase decision carefully before placing an order.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or defective, we will accept a full return and issue a refund or replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide photos of the damage.
2. Compatibility Issues
Volvo CE spare parts are highly specific to machine models and serial numbers. We do not accept returns due to compatibility issues if the part was ordered without prior confirmation of compatibility.
Before placing your order, we strongly recommend contacting us to verify that the part is compatible with your specific machine. Our team is available to assist you in identifying the correct part for your equipment.
3. VMP Spares Error
If we have sent you an incorrect item that does not match your order, we will accept a full return and cover all associated shipping costs. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Attach photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
Return window: 14 days from the date of delivery.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method (Visa or Mastercard). You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
5. Warranty
All products carry a 6-month standard warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Warranty claims must be submitted to [email protected] with photographic evidence and the original order number.
