This Shipping Policy explains how VMP Spares (VMP Mühendislik ve İş Makineleri San. Tic. Ltd. Şti.) dispatches orders, the carriers we use, estimated transit times and the way customs duties are handled. Please read this page before placing an order.
1. Shipping Origin
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Istanbul, Turkey:

2. Carriers
We ship internationally with DHL Express and FedEx International. A tracking number is sent by email within one business day of dispatch.
3. Handling Time
Items marked “SHIPS IN 24H – IN STOCK” are dispatched the same business day for orders placed before 14:00 (UTC+3, Istanbul). Other in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Items marked “ASK FOR STOCK” are not available for direct online purchase via Google Shopping; please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and lead time.

Customs clearance, public holidays and weather conditions may extend these times.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country, package weight and dimensional weight. The exact amount is shown before payment.
6. Customs, Duties and Taxes
All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). Import duties, VAT and any local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. VMP Spares is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
7. Delivery Address
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot redirect shipments after dispatch.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of customs payment, or repeated absence at the delivery address, the Buyer is responsible for the original shipping cost and any return shipping costs charged by the carrier.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If a shipment arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of the carrier’s recorded delivery date, with the order number and photographic evidence where applicable. We will open an investigation with DHL/FedEx within one business day.
