TERMS & CONDITIONS (Distance Sales Agreement)

1.2. Buyer: The individual or legal entity who places an order via www.vmpspares.com.

2. SUBJECT The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of construction machinery spare parts ordered by the Buyer from the Seller’s website.

3. ORDER AND DELIVERY 3.1. Order Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed once the payment is successfully processed. 3.2. Handling Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. 3.3. Shipping: Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer via international carriers (DHL/FedEx). 3.4. Shipping Costs: Calculated based on weight and destination at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT 4.1. All prices are listed on the website in the selected currency (USD/EUR/GBP). 4.2. Payment Methods: We accept Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption. 4.3. The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders in case of technical pricing errors.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND WARRANTY 5.1. Return Window. The Buyer must contact the Seller within 14 days of delivery to request a return. 5.2. Eligible Returns. Due to the technical nature of construction machinery spare parts, returns are accepted only in the following cases: (a) the product is damaged, broken or defective on arrival; (b) the Seller has shipped an item that does not match the order. 5.3. Non-Eligible Returns. Returns will NOT be accepted for: (a) compatibility issues where the part was ordered without prior compatibility confirmation from our technical team; (b) items that have been installed, used, or removed from their original packaging; (c) “change of mind” requests after the part has left our warehouse. 5.4. Return Shipping Costs. If the return is due to Seller error (defective or wrong item), the Seller covers all return shipping costs. In all other accepted return cases, return shipping is the Buyer’s responsibility. 5.5. Refund Process. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. 5.6. How to Initiate. Buyers must email [email protected] with the order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Return instructions will be sent within 1–2 business days. 5.7. Warranty. All products carry a 6-month standard warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.

6. WARRANTY & LIABILITY 6.1. All products are guaranteed to be as described in the technical specifications. 6.2. The Seller is responsible for delivering the products in sound condition and in accordance with the order specifications. 6.3. In case of damage during transit, the Buyer must provide an official report from the carrier to initiate a claim.

7. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION The Seller processes the Buyer’s personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy (KVKK & GDPR compliant) available on the website. Customer data is never sold to third parties.

8. APPLICABLE LAW This agreement is governed by Turkish Law. For international buyers, mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence may also apply.

9. ACCEPTANCE By completing a purchase on www.vmpspares.com, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of this agreement.
